How a closing works with us
- Open the order. Send the signed contract and contact details for the buyer, seller, agents and lender.
- Title search & commitment. We search the public records and issue a title commitment listing requirements and exceptions.
- Clear the conditions. Payoffs, estoppel letters, open permits, liens and entity documents are requested and reviewed.
- Settlement figures. We coordinate the closing disclosure or settlement statement with the lender and the parties.
- Sign & fund. Signing in Brickell, Aventura or by arrangement. Funds are verified before disbursement.
- Record & issue policy. The deed and mortgage are recorded, and the title policies are issued.
